Denmark has a new platform for software exchange

The new portal, softwareborsen.dk, will make it much easier for public institutions to share Open Source Software. Magenta and 'National Knowledge Center for Software' are behind the development of 'Softwarebørsen'.

Softwareborsen.dk was launched on 1. april 2007.

Magenta has developed the highly interactive and technically advanced webportal, which will allow software vendors, developers and users of open source solutions to meet on one platform.

Open Source is an important part of the new portal, which is all about sharing knowledge and it-solutions. Magenta was the obvius developer on the project since we are behind various initiatives for the dissemination of Open Source Software and business model.

Softwareborsen.dk will be an important factor in the future, when public organisations are choosing software.
